Associate Director of Student Financial Services

Job Summary:

This position will support the Director of Student Financial Services Operations with ISIR Processing, Financial Aid leveraging, and reporting of SFS analytical data They will manage and oversee all specialty scholarships, including the endowed scholarships. This position will assist with the federal verification process, oversee Policy & Procedures, and manage Communication and Outreach Management. This position will manage international students. They will be back up to the student employment position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Experience with Banner processing, and Microsoft Word suite, including Outlook preferred.
3 to 5 years experience in student financial service or a related area.
Strong interpersonal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work independently, and professionally required.

Essential Functions:

Support Director of Student Financial Services Operations with ISIR Processing, Financial Aid leveraging and reporting SFS analytical data
Manage and oversee all specialty scholarships, including endowed scholarships.
Oversee the maintenance of SFS Policy and Procedures Manual
Manage SFS Communication and Outreach
Assist with verification process
Monitor and oversee International Students
Other Duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
