The Administrative Assistant (CL-2) provides specialized support to a department or office by processing and compiling information, preparing reports, and completing other specific administrative duties. Vacation days may not be approved during the following "black out" periods: two weeks before and two weeks after the starting date for the fall semester; one week before and two weeks after the starting date for the spring semester; and during the two- week period leading up to graduation.

The Assistant Women’s Rowing Coach is responsible for assisting the program with special emphasis on the recruitment of Division I caliber student-athletes, both on and off campus. These duties include conducting daily on and off water practices and training of novice student-athletes safely and efficiently. The Assistant Women’s Rowing Coach is involved in all other aspects of a Division I women’s rowing program including but not limited to coaching, administration and alumni relations, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Rowing within the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Marist College and the MAAC.
