The Associate Dean for Operations supports the Dean in the day-to-day administration of, and long-term planning for, the School of Management. In partnership with the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs they help supervise the work of the Dean's Office team and partner with department chairs, faculty committee heads, and others to ensure that our programs are run effectively and our students are served in the best way possible. They also assist with the development and execution of strategic plans for the School of Management. The Associate Dean for Operations plays a crucial role in coordinating the activities of the School of Management with an array of partner offices across Marist's campus.
Administrative Assistant (CL-2), Enrollment Service Poughkeepsie, NY
The Administrative Assistant (CL-2) will coordinate day-to-day processes of the Enrollment Services office including performing a variety of complex technical tasks that include uploading and processing inquiries, applications, and indexing supporting documents. This role will address admission record updates and requests and complete all essential audits and error correction, while working in multiple systems. It is essential for this team member to ensure a quick and seamless admission process for prospective traditional undergraduate, adult, and graduate students for all campuses and locations. Program Director, Clinical Mental Health Counseling Poughkeepsie, NY
The Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program and psychology department in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Marist College invites applications for one tenure track or term position to begin the fall of 2023. Rank is negotiable. This position is for the program director and core faculty member in the MA CMHC program. The counselor educator will teach courses in both the graduate and undergraduate programs, but with an emphasis on graduate teaching. The MA CMHC program is an independent classroom-based program housed within the psychology department. Graduate courses are offered in the evenings. The program director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MA CMHC program. This includes scheduling courses for the MA CMHC program, hiring faculty for the program when needed, and convening meetings with the core CMHC faculty. We have created a program that is based on CACREP standards, and the program director will be expected to complete the process of applying for CACREP accreditation.
