The Department of Information Technology welcomes applications for the position of Database Administrator. The Database Administrator is responsible for supporting several Oracle Databases implementations, including mission critical support of our Ellucian Banner ERP, and related systems. As a key member of the Information Technology, this position works with a team of Database Administrators and Application Developers dedicated to providing excellent support of our customers. You will work to ensure integrity and high availability of these essential systems. The Business Director is responsible for budgeting, implementing, reporting and evaluating all programs and activities related to the business operations of the IT Department. This position is responsible for providing management oversight and leadership for the development of the financial operations related to infrastructure, telecom, digital education, cybersecurity and other IT service areas. Director, Liberty Partnership Program Poughkeepsie, NY
The Marist College Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) provides comprehensive services to meet the academic, social, emotional, and career needs of at-risk students. The program strives to successfully transition over 300 Poughkeepsie City School District students (grades 5-12) into graduates who are equipped to handle the rigors of college and the demands of the competitive workforce. Through its granter (the New York State Education Department), the program, in partnership with Marist College works closely with the school district, community organizations and parents. This full-time 12-month position requires curriculum development and teaching and mentoring students in clinical research. Other areas of expertise may be considered. Teaching responsibilities will depend on areas of clinical and academic proficiency.
