Marist College welcomes applications for the position of Lead DBA as a team member in Administrative Computing in the Information Technology Division, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology.
This position is the technical lead in support of several Banner Oracle database implementations including installation, configuration, performance tuning, as well as support with integration configuration of third-party products.
Essential technical duties include installation of Oracle products, applying patches and upgrades, monitoring and tuning system performance, establishing user access controls, database security, defining database tables, functions, views and packages and device configuration and planning. This individual will also handle the installation, configuration and deployment of middle tier applications which reside on Tomcat.
