Title IX Coordinator Poughkeepsie, NY
Working with and reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Title IX Coordinator has primary responsibility for coordinating and implementing the College’s Title IX compliance efforts. The Title IX Coordinator works closely with the Executive Vice President, the Vice President for Student Affairs, Vice President for Human Resources, College Counsel and other key constituents to ensure that Marist College complies with Title IX, Title VII, Clery Act, VAWA, ADA, ADEA, NYS Education Law Sex. 129 (a) and (b), FERPA, HIPAA, and other state and federal laws pertaining to gender-based violence and discrimination in a higher education setting. The Title IX Coordinator in collaboration with the Deputy is responsible for leading and proactively influencing College-wide policy and grievance procedure development, planning, monitoring, reporting, education, prevention and training efforts.

The Program of Physician Assistant Studies invites applications for the position of Coordinator of Clinical Education - Student Assessment. This role is primarily responsible for monitoring student progress in meeting rotation and program objectives throughout the clinical year. In addition, the Coordinator of Clinical Education - Student Assessment participates in activities that promote the stature of the Physician Assistant Program and Marist College and abide by the mandates set by the ARC-PA, the Program Director, the Dean, and the Vice President of Academic Affairs. The Coordinator of Clinical Education - Student Assessment is a faculty appointment with duties to be performed on a twelve-month/year-round basis. The successful candidate must maintain individual records of their clinical practice and/or professional advancement and contribution which must be communicated with the Program Director and updated annually.
Physician Assistant Program Director Poughkeepsie, NY
Marist College is seeking a highly qualified individual to direct the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies Program in the School of Science. The Program Director will serve as the academic and administrative lead for the PA program and oversee a dedicated state-of-the-art PA facility. The Program Director will complement an existing team that includes a Medical Director, principal faculty, a Clinical Coordinator, and a Director of the Gross Anatomy lab. The successful candidate will join a team that is establishing a strong, successful Physician Assistant Program, which recently achieved a 100% PANCE pass rate for its first graduating cohort. The program has been granted Accreditation-Continued Status with its next review due in March 2030. The Program Director will be responsible for: overseeing accreditation and ongoing assessment of the program, overseeing curriculum, scheduling and staffing courses, managing program faculty and staff, supporting faculty development, leading the administrative work of the program, and contributing to the teaching and clinical mission of the program. The Program Director will have demonstrated teaching, clinical and management experience in a higher education setting; effective project management skills, excellent communication and collaborative skills; and significant experience with the ARC-PA accreditation process and standards. The Program Director will have a long-term vision for the PA program and the ability to achieve that vision. This is a full-time, 12-month position non-tenure track faculty position that will report to the Dean of the School of Science and will work closely with students, program faculty and staff. Salary and rank for the position is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The program is housed in a new facility appointed with state-of-the-art teaching spaces including a simulation suite and traditional gross anatomy lab.

This position reports to the Chief Information Office (CIO), is a member of the CIO leadership team, and serves a key role in college leadership, working closely with senior administration, academic leaders, and the campus community. The Director of Cyber Security is an advocate for the College's total information security needs and is responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive information security strategy to optimize the security posture of the College.
