The School of Science invites applications for the position of Adjunct Instructors of Biology. The Department of Biology is searching for instructors to teach courses for non-science majors, Topics in Biology as well as one in Sex, Evolution and Behavior, and for science majors, General Biology I (which emphasizes cell biology), and Human Anatomy and Physiology. Opportunities to teach additional courses may become available. The successful candidate will join a department characterized by a strong sense of community in which students are the central focus and faculty who are both accessible and approachable.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Physical Therapy Poughkeepsie, NY
The Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program at Marist College is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as a member of the program faculty. The successful candidate will join 9 full-time highly dynamic and collaborative faculty committed to creating the next generation of physical therapists by offering the highest standard of excellence in physical therapy education. This full-time 12-month position requires curriculum development and teaching and mentoring students in clinical research. Priority will be given to candidates with content experience and evidence-based practice in the areas of research, biomechanics, wound care, acute care, women’s health, and/or geriatrics. Other areas of expertise may be considered. Teaching responsibilities will depend on areas of clinical and academic proficiency. The faculty will work with the DPT faculty in a dedicated state-of-the-art DPT facility that includes faculty and support offices, conference rooms, high-tech classrooms, research facilities, on-site suite of clinical simulation labs and a traditional gross anatomy facility to support the learning experience.

The Mathematics Department in the School of Computer Science and Mathematics invites expressions of interest for Adjunct Lecturer positions are expected in future semesters for courses in Introductory Statistics, Excursions in Mathematics, and Calculus with Management Applications. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in mathematics (or a related field) from an accredited institution, and preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience. Candidates will be contacted on an as-needed basis given the needs of the department at any given time.
