Job Summary:
|
The Enrollment Services Counselor provides operational support and drives technological advancements as it relates to the admissions process for prospective traditional undergraduate, adult, and graduate students for all campuses and locations. This position assists and executes the University’s institutional goals by providing an exceptional level of customer service, continually works to remove common obstacles and barriers, and meets all critical project and task deadlines in order to positively contribute to enrollment outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
|
- Bachelor’s Degree or Actively Enrolled in a Bachelor Degree Program
- 1-3 years of related experience
|

Essential Functions:
|
- Serve as main point of contact for phone inquiries in Admissions. Interact with students’ and families by phone, email, text, and chat while maintaining accuracy and outstanding customer service. Conduct outreach to generate application movement and event participation. Conduct consistent outbound calling campaigns with a focus on graduate and adult/continuing education student populations with a goal of driving new student enrollment.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of new enrollment services technology and systems. Provide regular feedback on processes and opportunities to streamline and automate existing strategies and procedures.
- Assist as needed in processing and indexing all necessary student applications and supporting documents.
- Guide and train team members and student workers to ensure all daily tasks are complete and office is running efficiently.
- Utilize multiple computer programs to import and export data files.
- Successfully organize and fulfill mailings including undergraduate admissions decision letters and graduate decision emails.
- Consistently demonstrate courtesy, tact, as well as a positive and professional attitude while interacting with other team members as well as current and prospective students and families.
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
|
Experience working with a CRM, digital documents and document systems, and Banner, as well as Reporting experience.
|

- 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity – Roth option available. Voluntary, up to IRS maximum contribution.
- Tuition Benefits:
- Up to 16 undergraduate credits per semester. Up to 18 graduate credit per academic calendar. Eligibility extends to employee, spouse, and dependent children under age 26.
- University pays 100% tuition only.
- Eligible dependents may be Reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester towards tuition at another accredited institution.
